Intermediate Training Level (Run to Race)
This is the transitional (midway) training phase program. It tackles the overall growth and body transformation of athletes through the use of flexibility, speed, quickness, strength, stamina, agility and power training.

✓ 12 Sessions: $420.00 ($35/per session)
✓ 18 Sessions: $576.00 ($32/per session
