Summer School Training Programs Middle Schools
This summer program will help individuals/athletes of all sports to develop appropriate techniques and bio-mechanics needed through conditioning, flexibility, agility, quickness and speed. At the conclusion of the training program, individuals/athletes would have seen significant improvement in speed, quickness, and acceleration, stamina & technique patterns with emphasis on injury prevention through learned training techniques.
